ShieBrook International c.c. is an Import and Export Trading Company based in South Africa near Johannesburg International Airport on the East Rand. With various contacts around the world we trade as a Trading and / or Procurement agent, connecting suppliers and buyers around the globe. Established in 1993 to service construction companies in the then growing neighboring state of Botswana. We are currently trading in Agricultural commodities. Bulk volumes in shipments orders from 12 500 M/T to 500 000M/T. Orders are mainly for Wheat, Corn, Maize, Soya...
SBI Technology come to its full in the late 1996 when we started assembling computer systems for our security clients. The need for technology grew in leaps and bounds and we are proud to say the we, with the help of our business partners we can now offer our clients the following. It is trading under Shiebrook International c.c. Network Hosting, Web Site Registration ( .com & .co.za ), Web Design, Network installation, management and support, Data backup facilities and a host of other IT related products and services.
SBI Construction was started in Botswana as a blasting company with our first contract in Francistown. We later did some work in Gweta on the road between Nata and Maun ( Botswana's tourist jewel ) which also included a lot of Roadwork. Later we established ourselves in Gaborone working on various housing, road and blasting contracts. In 1993 we re-established ourselves to Johannesburg South Africa.
SBI Security was started in 1993 when there was a great need for security guards and system installations. We started of as installation subcontractors and later moved on our own. Using only the best equipment for our installations we proud ourselves in every single installation we do. Installations include domestic and Commercial Alarm Panels , Gate Automation, Access Control and CCTV. We also cater for a fully integrated Guarding service for the residential, commercial and industrial markets, covering areas like armed and unarmed guards, armed escorts,
SBI Zambia Ltd. SBI Zambia Ltd was Launched and registered in September 2003 as part of a US$ 5.4 Million investment over 5 years. The company will procure, refine and manufacture Copper related products in Zambia for Export. We plan to set up a smelter within the first 12 Months. Manufacturing plants are planned for the second quarter of 2006.
Exact Medical Solutions E.M.S. is a subsidiary company of the SBI Group and it's main aim is to provide an holistic service to medical practitioners. From assisting them to get their medical aid claims to the medical aids to total practice management, we can assist the practice in all its requirements including all Delivery to medical aids, Administration, Accounting, Claim follow-up training, IT requirements, Procurement of Equipment and stationary. We also envisage a call center to handle changes in the medical aid industry and assistance in following up claims. EMS have been established through the need of medical practitioners in their continued fight with various medical aids with regards to late payment. The directors of EMS have all been involved in one way or another in sorting out various complaints from practices over the last 5 Years. We have seen the industry change in leaps and bounds. With the introduction electronic submission various companies have been established and with investments of millions they also try to alleviate the number one problem that most practices have to contend with namely late payment. EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) submissions to medical aid is a great dream for most practitioners with its good and bad points. Then came submissions via the world wide web and every practice wanting to get their monies in as soon as possible climbed on the band wagon. We still believe that the only way to obtain proof of delivery is to let the medical aid take responsibility of delivered claims by signing for each and every individual claim. This is the only way they can not dispute the delivery of the claim.
