High accuracy online analyser for the determination of low levels of sodium ion concentrations (mg/kg and sub mg/kg) in high purity waters. Calibration with a variety of calibration methods, including the useful function of verification. The calibration procedure is by direct standard calibration solutions or with an optional portable high precision syringe pump using direct injection.
Calibration is performed with values close to the measuring range, if a syringe pump is used, with the standard being in a range that can be easily and accurately made-up (between 0.1 and 10 mg/kg usually 1 mg/kg). Calibration can be carried out automatically (syringe pump) or manually with direct standard calibration solution. Verification can be carried out with a known sample or calibration solution. No values will be changed on the analyser and only accuracy and response can be determined. The outputs to the telemetry system will be frozen at the values before calibration or verification is activated. Full menu driven graphic display showing: concentration of sodium (mg/kg (ppb) Na), buffer efficiency, pH of the buffered sample, sample temperature (degree C), last calibration dates, present time, present date, and graphical display with a trend for the last three hours of sodium readings (one value per minute)
Replacement dates and serial numbers of electrodes and buffer is stored for verification purposes. | | |
