1.    All Prices Includes VAT.

 3.    Faulty goods must be returned to SBI Technology c.c. Johannesburg  
 4.    Rejection of quotation for repair will be charged.     
 5.    A full credit will be issued if returns take place within 48 hours provided good are in resalable condition, including all
       manuals, software and original package.     
 6.    If the return of goods take place after 48 hours from the date of invoice (Maximum 14 days), the credit passed will be
        lesser amount of 90% of the current selling price, or 90% of the original purchased price, provided the goods are still in
        resalable condition, including manuals, software and original package.   
 7.    No credit will be issued at all if the return is 14 days after the purchase.   
 8.    A 10% handling fee charged will be issued for goods not being returned with there original packaging, software or manuals.
 9.    Please back-up your data on your hard disk drive before sending the PC for support  
        The workshop will not be held liable for any loss of data..    
 10.  Components or parts orders will be cancelled 5 days after completion if not collected  
 11.  PC/Notebook orders will be cancelled 7 days after completion if not collected.  
 12.  A handling charge of R 380 will be issued for cancellation of PC orders.    
 13.  Back order that have  come into stock will be cancelled 5 days after completion.  
 14.  Price List will not be valid  without the terms and conditions pages.

 1.  The warranty is only valid for SBI Technology c.c. Dealers within it's warranty period. 
 2.  Products have a 12 month warranty from date of purchase (Unless specified).  
 3.  The warranty will be void if the serial number or it's label is missing.   
 4.  The warranty will be void if items are written on or tampered with.   
 5.  Repairs must be returned with a faulty report form.  SBI Technology c.c. does not deliver repaired items.
 6.  A 10-15% handling charge at current price or the original purchase price will be issued for goods being returned after
      48 hours to a maximum  of 14 days after original purchase date provided goods are in reasonable condition including manuals,
      Software, and packaging.       
 7.  A 15% handling fee will be charged for goods not being returned with their "original" packaging, software or manuals, whether it
      is within the 48 hours or not.       
 8.  Should the goods be defective within 7 days of purchase, it will be replaced immediately after being tested by
      SBI Technology c.c.'s technicians.      
 9.  SBI Technology c.c. will replace or repair the items if a performance failure has occurred within the  warranty period.
      Items that can be repaired by SBI Technology c.c. will not be swopped out. (Swopout does not include:  Monitors, Speakers, Scanners, UPS)
 10.  A component will be declared void and out of warranty if goods are mishandled, struck by   lightening or power surges.
 11.  SBI Technology c.c. does not carry any cables, Software or Ink Cartridge loss for booked-in goods.
 12.  SBI Technology c.c. is not liable for any loss of data.
