Mechanical & Process Design and Implementation:
Earthwater has, and is affiliated to experienced and specialised contractors in the water treatment industry with extensive knowledge of both process and mechanical plant design. Process performance is perfectly matched with optimised mechanical design ensuring both capital and operational cost savings. Design and manufacturing capability includes a full range of equipment for all water treatment related industries. All our units have been developed in-house, together with leading research organisations.
We therefore have to emphasise the value we bring to each application in terms of ensuring that the process, hydraulics and equipment will be most suitable for the particular duties in the plant.
Plant Operation & Maintenance:
Operation and maintenance staff qualifications are regularly updated according to our philosophy of continual learning and to each individual’s specific career. All staff has immediate back-up on both equipment and process from our team of highly skilled engineers.
Training:
Operator training encompasses both equipment and process maintenance and operation. The plant operator is therefore aware of the causalities between all equipment and chemicals. Most training courses are SETA endorsed.
It is the goal of Earthwater to assist the client in all of the above aspects so as to produce a win-win situation for all parties involved, including the environment.
