Cartridge Filters and Housing 5-micron depth filters in an Osmonics PVC, FRP, or alloy stainless steel housing. Pumps and Energy Recovery Systems The type of pumps and energy recovery booster are selected based on unit size and efficiency requirements. Osmonics centrifugal Tonkaflo pumps and high-pressure boosters are featured. Other pump and energy recovery alternatives are available. Pump Motor High-efficiency TEFC motors are standard. Membrane Element Housings Four- and eight-inch diameter FRP housings rated for extended life and corrosion resistance. Membrane Element Osmonics SWRO elements are polyamide thin-film composite, available in four- and eight-inch diameters. Rejection 99.5% at 5,500 gpd. Skid and Frame Welded carbon steel, epoxy-primed with corrosion-resistant phenolic overcoat. Specially welded stainless steel skid and frames are also available. Low-Pressure Piping Schedule 80 PVC is standard; CPVC and stainless steel are available. High-Pressure Piping Schedule 40 Duplex 2205 stainless steel is standard; other stainless steel alloys are available. Power Requirements Three-phase and single-phase power in 50 or 60 Hz.
